Requirements:
- Proven experience in the following areas: car mechanics, electricity, IT, supply, communication
- Demonstrable experience in supervising, managing/coaching and training others (people management)
- Ability to work as part of a senior Country Management Team responsible for project planning
- Demonstrable experience with organisation and set-up of logistical systems and related administrative procedures (knowledge of international ordering)
- Knowledge of procedures and documents, i.e., cargo manifests, warehouse management skills
- Good understanding of in-country customs clearing procedures and supply line
- Ability to design air, water or land logistical systems; ability to design HF and VHF communication systems
- Proven ability to take responsibility for all security tasks delegated to logistics in country
- Ability to represent the organisation with (inter-)national counterparts and proven negotiating skills
- Willingness to commit for 2 years
