Humanitarian Affairs Officer

Humanitarian Affairs Officers (HAOs) are specialists who work within MSF field teams in countries where the situation requires additional expertise on the ground in terms of witnessing and advocacy. These field positions generally require individuals with academic and work experience in international human rights law, humanitarian law, refugee law and/or advocacy.

  • Experience in human rights monitoring/fact-finding on field-level and in cross-cultural work/travel
  • Fluency in English (both written and oral)
